To amend Policy E9: Small to Medium Scale Wind Energy Schemes from:
Encourage small to medium scale wind energy developments within industrial or business parks and support small community-based proposals in urban areas provided they do not negatively impact upon the environmental quality, and visual or residential amenities of the area.

To Read:
Encourage small and medium scale wind energy developments within industrial or business parks and support small community-based proposals for domestic use in urban areas and feedback of surplus to the grid, provided they do not negatively impact upon the environmental quality and visual or residential amenities of the area.
