Reduce house sizes

[Implement the Compact Guidelines by removing Minimum Space Standards for Houses], the development is already in progress with loads of houses/apartments already created, if future houses start applying a new standard it will be detrimental to the entire development. I dont agree that reducing house sizes or minimums for an active development is beneficial.
