I dont agree to this amendment, it seems to just remove strict provisions for EV charging points. IF, there was confirmation that ducting was already installed then it may be agreeable but this confirmation has not been fortwith so far.

Reduction of shops frontage

I dont agree with the wordage change in the amendment to 'accommodate retail uses'. The further inclusion of 'On the Primary Retail Frontage, in general' is also not approved as it is an easy out for the developer to not enforce minimum size standards

Reduce house sizes

[Implement the Compact Guidelines by removing Minimum Space Standards for Houses], the development is already in progress with loads of houses/apartments already created, if future houses start applying a new standard it will be detrimental to the entire development. I dont agree that reducing house sizes or minimums for an active development is beneficial.
