CHE9: Future Community Facilities CHE9 Objective 1: To ensure the provision of appropriately sized and purpose-built community facilities as part of future development of the Ninth Lock Framework site (CB Packaging site) adjacent to the Ninth Lock Road, to serve new and existing populations and to facilitate good placemaking and social integration of the existing village with new residents.

Comment: It is good that new community facilities are being identified for the Ninth Lock Framework site, however it would be good if for example the old RIC barracks were included here for new community facilities. This would ensure that the building be preserved in an appropriate manner.
