Dear Sir Madam
I wish to strongly object to the The Clondalkin Local Area Plan, Local transport plan page 37
PER 2
PER3
PER4
PER5
I wish to point out that the residents of Floraville ave are not responsible for the traffic congestion in Clondalkin village.
The proposed permeability openings to the Boot rd, Laurel Park and to the GAA club would turn Floraville ave into a mini Highway with 24 Hour traffic. This would include Black clad hooligans riding Quad bikes, motorbike ,scramblers and electric bikes and scooters up and down the road and footpaths at all hours of the day and night.
It would also expose the elderly residents to the fear of been knocked off their feet by such traffic.
It would also lead to Anti-social behaviour and an increase in burglary and car crime due to an increase in foot traffic on Floravile ave. The residents of Floraville ave are mainly elderly and would not benefit in any shape or form from this proposal. In fact the increase in car traffic with parents dropping off and picking up children would be detrimental to their Health and Safety. I again object to this proposed madness and leave us to live our lives in peace and quiet.
Yours sincerely
Ben and Anna Minogue
