Tomorrow's heritage is being created today. There is a great crossover in what we believe to be our ‘heritage’. Heritage is not only the historic buildings and archaeological record around us, but it also includes our cultural origins and customs, and our natural environment. The question is, how can all this be best protected and conserved for future generations?
We invite you to participate in this online survey to give your understanding of heritage and how it can benefit our communities. This survey will help inform a new Draft SDCC Heritage Plan.
A Heritage Plan is a 5 year strategic action plan for identification, conservation, promoting, management and interpretation of heritage.
