Mayor Vicki Casserly has opened this online Book of Condolence to allow people within South Dublin County to express their sympathies to the family of Detective Garda Colm Horkan who was killed on duty while working to protect the people of Ireland.
Mayor Casserly would like to extend her deepest sympathies to the family, friends and colleagues of Detective Garda Colm Horkan on behalf of South Dublin County Council and the citizens of the County.
All messages of sympathy will be forwarded to the Assistant Garda Commissioner in Dublin for forwarding to the family of Detective Garda Horkan.
