Public Consultation Draft Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2016

South Dublin County Council has published draft Bye-Laws to control and regulate casual trading in it's administrative area.

South Dublin County Council is running a six week Draft public consultation process from Friday 18th March to Friday 29th April 2016, inclusive. The Council is inviting interested parties to make submissions relating to the Draft Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2016.

A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws will be available for inspection at the offices of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and the Civic Offices, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 between 9am to 5pm on Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on Friday from 18th March 2016 to 15th April 2016, both dates inclusive.  Copies of the Draft Bye-Laws will also be available for inspection during the said period at South Dublin County Council’s Public Libraries.
