SECTION 48 PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000, AS AMENDED
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 48 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000, as amended that South Dublin County Council has prepared a Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2021-2025 for the administrative area of South Dublin County Council, details as follows:
Description of Development Amount of Contribution
Industrial/Commercia Development €91.11 per sqm
Residential Development €96.39 per sqm
Public consultation on the draft scheme will take place from Monday 20th July 2020 until Friday 4th September 2020 inclusive. The draft scheme can be viewed on the Council’s public consultation portal at http://consult.sdublincoco.ie.
Interested parties are encouraged to make submissions on the draft scheme via the portal.
Alternatively, written submissions may be posted to the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use Planning and Transportation Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
Only postal submissions received by 4.00pm on Friday, 4th of September 2020 (addressed as set out above),
or on-line by midnight on 4th September 2020 via the portal, will be considered.
Submissions must be clearly marked: Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2021-2025
Submissions and observations should be made in ONE medium only and will only be accepted in either format as outlined above.
