DECLARATION OF ROADS TO BE PUBLIC ROADS AND TAKING IN CHARGE ROADS ACT 1993 & PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000, AS AMENDED, Carrigmore Est. Saggart County Dublin
In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993, South Dublin County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that the roads listed hereunder be public roads.
Carrigmore Estate, Saggart Co Dublin.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as
amended, the Council also considers the Taking in Charge of open spaces, car park, watermains or drains within the attendant ground of the development but excludes sewers (wastewater).
This matter will be considered by South Dublin County Council at the January 2021 County Council Meeting scheduled for 11th January 2021.
Maps showing the roads to be declared to be public roads and the areas to be taken in charge are available for viewing at the Council’s public consultation portal
at http://consult.sdublincoco.ie from Tuesday 3rdNovember 2020 until Tuesday 15th December 2020inclusive.
Objections or representations regarding the above
proposal may be made via the portal or in writing to:

Tallaght, Dublin 24.
The latest date for receipt of postal objections or representations is 5.00 pm on Tuesday 15th December 2020 and via the portal by midnight 15th December 2020.
