To whom it may concern,
We the undersigned consider that the parcel of SDCC owned land that had been agreed to be zoned residential and an integral part of the SDCC Masterplan for their land in Rathcoole where there was provisional space for 200 dwellings, but was rezoned to rural in the last round of CDP deliberations thus jeopardising the viability of the provision of housing, a primary school and football pitches; should be rezoned back to residential.

Amend Maps revising the zoning as indicated in the area bordered in red in the attached map from RU Rural to RES N New Residential on lands adjacent to Rathcoole Park to the southeast of Rathcoole.
