As a resident of [Personal Information Redacted], Clonburris, I am submitting my feedback regarding the Proposed Material Amendments to the Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme 2019 (specifically targeting amendments 3, 4, 8, 9, and 18).While I fully advocate for improved walking, cycling, and active travel infrastructure in Clonburris, I am deeply concerned about the vehicle restrictions proposed for the north-south link under amendments 3 and 4. The Council's Systra traffic report confirms that downgrading this route will redirect heavy traffic straight toward the Fonthill Road North junction at Seven Mills, an area where parking spaces are already strictly limited.It is unreasonable to restrict or reduce parking provisions (amendments 8 and 9) when viable alternatives do not exist. Seven Mills currently has no active bus routes. Furthermore, the National Development Plan Review 2025 Sectoral Investment Plan for Transport has pushed the completion of the DART+ South West rail project out past 2035. Penalising drivers based on public transport links that are more than a decade away is unacceptable.I strongly urge the Council to:

• Evaluate and implement measures to relieve traffic pressure on the Seven Mills junction.
• Safeguard current accessible parking spots.
• Freeze any reductions in parking until public transport alternatives are fully operational and delivered.
• Guarantee that moving housing units to the northern area (amendment 18) will not overwhelm Seven Mills with extra cars and parking demands without a proportional upgrade to transport infrastructure.
