Civic Plaza area
Any proposed Civic Plaza area needs to be as large as possible and future-proofed for all kinds of events, so that they can be organised seamlessly at different times of the year. I would like to see a permanent covered area with a large market square-type canopy that would make it weather-proof, with permanent covered seating areas and space for stalls, concerts etc.
