Retain 100% EV charging requirement

I object to replacing the 100% EV charging requirement with a discretionary standard.

I own an electric vehicle and have no driveway. Reducing charging provision works against the national shift to electric vehicles while public transport is still undelivered and very hypocritical. I request that:

1. The 100% requirement is retained, at least until DART+ South West is operational.
2. Charging provision under existing permissions is not reduced.
