Keep North–South Avenue until public transport is in place

I object to deleting the North–South Avenue objective. It removes another road connection before public transport alternatives exist.

I request that the objective be kept, and only reviewed once DART+ South West is fully operational. If it is deleted, the Scheme should confirm how the north–south connection will be provided for buses, pedestrians and cyclists, and where the displaced traffic will go.
