Please do not change the use of St Edmonsbury
Dear SDCC,
As a life long resident of Lucan I would be very disappointed and heart broken if SDCC changed beautiful St Edmondsbury into residential or commercial use.
As of now it is a much appreciated green area in our very over crowded town, which supports much needed Agriculture and provides local pedestrian access to River Liffey walkway. We do not want or need anymore houses in Lucan or Adamstown area. Our roads and public transport, public services can’t cope with the number of residents already living in Lucan. We don’t want add a greater burden to these already stretched public services and roads. Traffic is such a concern and daily stress to anyone living in Lucan, so please don’t add more house or people. We can’t cope! Please listen to us residents who are saddened to see what has become of our lovely village.
