Recreational Use
To Whom It May Concern,
I wish to show my support for the lands at the Coldcut to remain as recreational. The land and the geographical positioning of the landbank should not be rezoned for housing considering the major housing development adjacent at Liffey Valley. The general area has seen massive development in terms of housing but that hasn't been matched by the expansion of green space and public amenities for all a weather pitch and an athletics track. As a person who grew up in North Clondalkin all my adult life its imperative that this land back is developed and not fall into dereliction in which it has in the past number of decades. The only way to develop these lands is not to develop more housing but to plan for recreational use for the good of the wider community.
Is Mise,
Cllr Gino Kenny
