St Edmundsbury

I strongly support the decision to retain the High Amenity zoning at St. Edmundsbury.

These lands are an integral part of the wider Liffey Valley and provide important ecological, wellbeing and societal value. Development on the southern field will fundamentally undermine and irreparably damage the habitat of entire St. Edmundsbury site. 

Retaining these protections is consistent with the National Planning Framework and principles of sustainable planning.

Finnstown Castle

In relation to the removal of the proposed residential zoning at Finnstown Castle, the original proposed zoning on this site would have a significant impact on traffic and quality of life in the area.
