Submission on Proposed Alterations by Lilian and Tom Harris

We Lilian and Tom Harris are both residents of Lucan Village for over 60 years. We have seen this Village of approximately a two thousand residents grow from a small rural village with some housing in the outlining areas to the satellite hub of Dublin it has now become, over populated,  without the proper infrastructure to accommodate the daily volume of traffic passing through it. St Edmundsbury is an integral part of the lands of the Liffey Valley and is home to a wealth of plant, animal and bird life.            We fully support keeping the lands at St Edmundsbury as High Amenity land and totally oppose any plans to rezone it for housing.
