This survey is being carried out by the Local Government Management Agency (LGMA) on behalf of local authorities to better understand how you currently use digital and online services and how you’d like to use them in future.
Your views will help us to deliver better services for you
We will use the findings from this survey to inform a new Local Government Digital and ICT Strategy. They will help us to:
- Plan for the future of digital and ICT in local government
- Understand what works well for you as a member of the public
- Understand where we need to do more to help you use and access online services.
About the survey and your data
The survey has 20 questions and will take around 5 minutes to complete. All questions are multiple-choice.
All survey responses are anonymous. We are collecting minimal personal data (i.e. age group) for anonymous statistical purpose. All the information you provide will be stored securely and processed anonymously for the purpose you provide it.
