Mayor Cllr Emma Murphy has opened this online Book of Condolence to allow people within South Dublin County to express their sympathies to the family of Vicky Phelan, women's health advocate and campaigner.

On behalf of the citizens of South Dublin I wish to convey my deepest condolences to the family of Vicky Phelan on her sad passing.
Irish women owe Vicky Phelan a heavy debt of gratitude. Her courage, integrity and honesty is something that will be forever remembered.
May she rest in peace.
