SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

DECLARATION OF ROADS TO BE PUBLIC ROADS,

OTTERBROOK , WILLBROOK ROAD, RATHFARNHAM, DUBLIN 14

ROADS ACT 1993.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993,  South Dublin County Council hereby

gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that the road listed hereunder be a public

road.  The Council also considers the Taking in Charge of open spaces, sewers, watermains or drains within

the attendant ground of the development but does not include the Taking in Charge of the car parking spaces.

This matter will be considered by South Dublin County Council at its November 2020 Council Meeting at

South Dublin County Council Headquarters, Town Centre, Tallaght,  Dublin 24., D24 YNN5.  Maps showing the roads to be taken

in charge are available for viewing at the Council’s public Consultation portal at http://consult.sdublincoco.ie from

Tuesday 11th August 2020 until Tuesday 8th September 2020 inclusive.

Objections or representations regarding the above proposal may be made via the portal or in writing to

the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation Department, South Dublin County Council County

Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24, D24 YNN5

The latest date for receipt of postal objections or representations is 5.00 pm on Tuesday 22nd September

2020 and via the portal by midnight 22nd September 2020

Objections or representations should be made in one medium only and will only be accepted in either format outlined above.
