I welcome the excellent decision of the councillors not to rezone lands at Finnstown Castle, these lands should be a green space, given the nature and history of these lands. Given also the amount of development that has occurred around these lands with Adamstown and future planned development with Clonburris. I would also urge the councillors to put more emphasis on infrastructure around Lucan before any rezoning/development of land within Lucan.
