I object to the proposed rezoning of the Finnstown land for residential development because the local area is already heavily developed for housing and lacks adequate public transport infrastructure. Further residential expansion without significant improvements to transport links will increase traffic congestion, place additional pressure on local services, and result in unsustainable development that is not supported by the necessary infrastructure.
