I believe that a change of use from leisure to housing development should not happen . There is a huge amount of development being carried out in this area as it is . Just across the road Liffey Valley  has been rezoned to. Enable construction of 1,500 units . We need to retain the leisure space in Coldcut for the needs of the Community which include sporting facilities , arts and culture activities , autism facilities , daycare access and many other community activities which are needed more than ever with the population increase that the area is facing .
