I request that no rezoning is made on this site and my agreed motion to reject the Zoning stands, Any future zoning of this land should and must include community discussion about the sporting and other local community needs along with housing, a masterplan should be drawn up and considered by SDCC. the site offers opportunity and potential to address the sporting and some wider needs of the local area. the master plan should happen in conjunction and discussion with interested councillors!
