I wish to seek exclusion from RZLT on number reasons

1. No access on to Bancroft road ,  access issue as land between my garden and boundary owned by different owner
2.  mother is occupying adjoining house and garden from 32 main road now part of-her garden and both are less than 0.46 acres
3. That the site is on a leasehold not freehold title which has further restricted as I have been unable to buy the leasehold and has made it impossible to sell.   
    
4. please exclude 32 from this list
