I welcome the re-imagination of the site and the resulting positive influence it will have on improving the surrounding area.

I understand that waste water facilities in the houses and businesses in the surrounding area are not connected to the main sewer system. For the planned increase in capacity of 200 people, along with the properties already in the area, I would see the connection to a main sewer line for all properties, to be crucial for this application to be approved.

I note that the upgrade works on the canal towpath have not commenced as yet and would hope that both of the projects will not impact on each other and consultation will take place to ensure that the works of one development will not  conflict with the other.
