The accelearated delivery of public transport in tandem with the delivery of residential and commerical units within the SDZs should be prioritised in the new plan. The electrification of rail lines in Clondalkin, Kishogue and Adamstown should be prioritised with the NTA and pursued at every opportunity by SDCC.
The increased bus links between the north and south of the county should be a priority for this development plan.
Segregated cycling infrastructure should be prioritised to ensure children can safely cycle to school and adults to work throughout the county.
