Cairn Homes Properties Ltd., 45 Mespil Road, Dublin 4, D04 W2F1, as the owner of the lands, has instructed John Spain Associates, 39 Fitzwilliam Place Dublin to prepare a submission in respect of lands at Graydon, Newcastle South, Newcastle, Co. Dublin in relation to the Residential Zoned Land Tax and the inclusion of certain lands on the supplemental map published on the 1st of May 2023. The SDCC land parcel identified on the supplemental map relates to the following reference no: SDLA00111555 (5.59 hectares).

The Residential Development of the lands subject to this Submission is dependent upon both the completion of Adamstown Way and the delivery of an Access Road (and Associated Footpaths) by a Third-Party. Furthermore, having regard to the (i) Location, (ii) Nature, (iii) Canopy Extent, and (iv) Root Protection Area of the Historic Trees within and bordering the lands subject to this Submission, the Residential Development of a significant portion of same is ultimately not possible. As such, the lands should be considered ‘Out of Scope’.

DOWNEY, Chartered Town Planners, 29 Merrion Square, D02 RW64, have prepared this submission, to the Supplemental Map Stage of the Residential Zoned Land Tax (RZLT hereinafter). This submission is made on behalf of our client, Arbeten Limited, 9 Exchange Place, IFSC, Dublin 1, in relation to the lands at the former CB Packaging Site, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. Our client, Arbeten Ltd., are the registered owners of the land subject to this submission. Parcel ID SDLA00113694
This submission seeks to have our client’s land at former CB Packaging site removed from the Supplemental RZLT Map as it does not meet the criteria for inclusion as set out under subsection (c) of Section 653B of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997.
