Question 1: Request to Include or Exclude land on the Annual Draft Map

Make your submission by 1 April 2025 to:

• Identify additional land which may fall into scope, but which is not included in the annual draft map;
• Challenge the inclusion of land on the map if the owner considers that the land does not meet the criteria which determine the land in scope;
• Challenge the date from which the land is considered to be in scope; and/or Support the proposed exclusion of land.

Your submission should include:

• Name and address of landowner or third party 
• Reasons for inclusion or exclusion of lands
• Map of scale 1:1,000 (urban area) or 1:2,500 (rural area) of the subject Land Parcel where the submission is made by a landowner, clearly identifying the area of land subject of the submission.
• Land Parcel ID Number (available on the Annual Draft Map)

IMPORTANT: Any such written submissions received by 1 April 2025 other than such elements of a submission which may constitute personal data, shall be published on the website maintained by South Dublin County Council not later than 11 April 2025.
